Keep our Company Website fresh and updated with current projects, client information, and ensure proper releases for marketing use.
Capture project photos and testimonials, celebrating our successes and sharing them with the world.
Craft and manage a marketing budget, ensuring resources are used effectively.
Oversee staff time on marketing tasks, ensuring productivity aligns with our goals.
Identify key publications and events for visibility, managing advertising and article submissions to showcase our expertise.
Select industry awards that highlight our achievements and coordinate entries to gain recognition.
Organize client gifts and outreach programs, nurturing relationships and fostering new connections.
Spearhead social media initiatives to heighten our online presence and distinguish us from competitors.
Assist in creating impactful graphics for projects and proposals, adding a visual punch to our pitches.
Follow up on proposals diligently, keeping our offerings top of mind for clients.
Oversee Marketing/BD consultants support company initiatives.

Required
A minimum of five years' experience in marketing or business development, ideally within a tech, real estate, or construction environment.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Have an interest in technology applications within the real estate industry and enthusiasm for business development.
Exceptional writing, speaking, and graphic design skills.
Proficiency in managing databases and digital assets, including CRM systems.
Leadership abilities to guide weekly BD/Marketing discussions with firm leaders.
Preferred
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and AI Applications is highly desirable.
Research prowess and the agility to juggle multiple tasks, adapting quickly to industry shifts.
