Responsibilities

Collaborate with the rest of the software organization to meet the commitment of delivering high-quality, highly secure software solutions

Lead the system software test team, right from tests' discovery, test-plan, test-strategy preparation, and overall delivery of a quality product

Work closely with cross-functional / cross-geo teams in realizing product delivery goals

Provide necessary support for project management

Required

12+ years of overall experience in embedded Software testing with 3+ years of technical management\lead, good understanding of I2C/I3C, SPI, PCIe, USB, SPI/eSPI, GPIO/SGPIO, Ethernet and others

Strong academic credentials with a Bachelor\master's degree in CS / EC, Mathematics, or other quantitative area of study

Experience in NIC drivers in Linux, BMC and firmware testing.

Strong Networking, PCIe, BMC background.

Familiarity with ARM CPU and SOC system architecture, microprocessor, and microcontroller fundamentals (caches, buses, memory controllers, DMA, etc.)

Lead and mentor a team of SDET engineers, providing guidance, technical expertise, and ensuring adherence to best practices.

Experience with troubleshooting integration issues including root-cause analysis

Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), software testing lifecycle (STLC), software testing methodologies, and agile development practices.

Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc)

Preferred

Experience working with SCM tools like Git/ SVN
