Responsibilities

Lead and manage the entire proposal process, from initial strategy and concept development to final submission.

Collaborate with operations, preconstruction, and other stakeholders to gather necessary proposal information and content.

Write, edit, and proofread proposal content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency with company standards.

Serve as the primary point of contact for proposal-related activities, managing communication and coordination among team members and external partners.

Ensure all proposals meet the highest quality standards, are error-free, and are submitted on time.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a construction-related field of study; or Marketing team experience, specifically proposal management, in the A/E/C industry.

Basic knowledge of the construction and design process is preferred.

Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva InDesign experience is required.

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple proposals and deadlines simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Creative and strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Possess a positive “can do” attitude and maintain professional attire and behavior.
