Responsibilities

Provide leadership in full systems life cycle management including technical requirements, design, coding, testing, and implementation of systems and applications software.

Direct component and data architecture design, technology planning, and testing for Applications Development initiatives to meet business requirements and ensure compliance.

Develop and lead AD project activities and integrations, guide teams to ensure effective communication, and support the integration of emerging technologies.

Lead junior team members with project-related activities and tasks, influence department and project teams, and facilitate collaboration with stakeholders.

Work on a global deployment of Salesforce Service Cloud to 40 countries, 1000 locations, and 25,000 users, develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Configuration and Customization, and automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools.

Build integrations between Salesforce and external applications, work with Service Cloud & Service Business Processes, migrate changes between environments, perform data updates/migration, participate in Agile Development Methodology, and collaborate with the offshore team on design discussions and development items.
