Responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key corporate stakeholders through the stewardship life cycle.
Collaborate with the Director of Foundation Relations to refine and advance a corporate partnership strategy.
Develop and coordinate employee engagement initiatives to educate staff about Project Bread's mission.
Provide personalized frontline customer service and stewardship for corporate partners during the Walk for Hunger event.
Collaborate internally to ensure alignment of corporate engagement activities and proper acknowledgement for partners.
Use Raiser's Edge to track engagement efforts and identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Support the annual Walk for Hunger and participate in organization-wide events and meetings.
Act to promote, sustain, and grow Project Bread's positive, inclusive working environment.

Required
3+ years of development experience, preferably with corporate or foundation funders, events, and/or donor prospecting.
Proven track record of building donor relationships, writing successful proposals, and securing sponsorships.
Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills are required, including the ability to craft clear, structured, and persuasive proposals that synthesize a wide range of activities.
Ability to innovate, problem solve, and adapt when managing projects and building strategy.
Highly adept at working with teams and collaborators both internally and externally at various levels within an organization.
Experience with fundraising software and databases; proficiency with Raiser's Edge or Blackbaud NXT is a plus.
Preferred
Corporate experience is highly desirable.
Familiarity with issues of food insecurity, healthcare, nutrition, and social safety net programs are a plus.
