Responsibilities

Strategically direct, create, and edit digital content for clinical audiences.

Required

Expert at translating technical details into language easily consumed by patients and visitors
Coordinate day-to-day posting of approved content
Develop and maintain audit calendars
Communicate progress reports to stakeholders and directors
Supervise writers
Ensure sites meet usability and Section 508 requirements
Validate that all new content is in compliance with legal and branding regulations
Understanding of AP writing style
Ability to lead content interviews with clients for web content
Strong work ethic and ability to produce a high output of content
Ability to write quickly, clearly, and concisely for various digital channels (web, social, search, ads)
Understanding of basic digital writing principles
Understanding of SEO standard methodologies and principles
Experience using keyword research tools and Google Analytics
Experience with content management systems to update content with a basic understanding of HTML
