Responsibilities
Conduct routine record reviews of electronic records in the ORR portal
Collect data and report on specific quality measures required by regulatory and oversight agencies
Develop and implement continuous quality improvement activities under guidance
Prepare reports for ORR/FSS reviews and audits
Partner with key stakeholders to inform design of data collection and reporting systems
Monitor data reporting for quality, consistency, and timeliness
Support audit preparation and response

Required
Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience in research and analysis, quality assurance, or related area
Proficiency in the use of computer applications; Tableau, Excel
Ability to participate in the development and identification of appropriate output metrics
Attention to detail and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple assignments
Willingness to work as part of a team process
Preferred
Prior experience with ORR Unaccompanied Children programs a plus
