Required

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
10+ years of sales experience
5+ years of sales experience within the food industry.
Understand food industry-specific trends and landscapes.
Experience in negotiating simple to complex agreements with a detailed understanding of operations, finance, and the evaluation of terms, pricing, order requirements, and service level standards.
Must manage large complex projects, including managing a project timeline, acquiring and allocating resources, ensuring quality deliverables, effective communication and project risk management.
Proficient at analyzing data and developing strategies based on findings, and support change management with the organization.
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills required with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Highly motivated, ability to prioritize and self-direct, strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
