Responsibilities

Work directly with different functions and their leads to design, optimize, and execute tools and processes for business operations and development.
Handle internal and external communication with partners and vendors regarding business compliance and trading operations.
Provide legal and regulatory insight and analysis.
Conduct research to evaluate new business opportunities.
Build dashboards, predictive models, and tools for data-driven business decisions.

Required

Proficient at data mining, extraction and organization of raw format data from various sources such as accounting systems, gitlab, and more.
Experience, or a desire to learn, Tableau & other user interface tools that require data-input and entries is helpful as well.
Proficient in scripting and automation (SQL, Bash)
Technically capable in other areas of computing, such as algorithmic design in Python or C++, or has a strong desire to become proficient.
Previous exposure to regulatory requirements and assessing their organizational impact.
Detail oriented and can easily identify key influencing factors; able to quickly retain historical highlights to focus on future improvements.
Results driven: able to drive tasks to completion in a timely manner.
Ability to multitask: iterate quickly towards a better solution while not dropping the ball on other concurrent functions.
Analytical: ability to understand the full scope and depth of the issue, able to solve for the long-term.
Strong self-awareness and high emotional intelligence to assist with interpersonal and communication improvements.
Must work well independently
