Responsibilities

Serve as an insights-driven thought partner to all cross-functional leadership to help them understand how to accelerate the impact of teams by measuring inputs/outputs and setting effective targets within Walmart’s ads business.

Create frameworks and help quantify the impact of initiatives in terms of revenue, time savings, and other success metrics.

Own all analytical projects and recommendations on how to best grow the business, including conducting deep dives and other ad hoc analysis as needed. Deliverables also include leading business reviews with WMC leadership teams at the SVP/VP levels and providing fact-based narratives and commentary.

Work with cross-functional teams to understand how they operate, be a thought partner in how to measure inputs/outputs and create alignment

Embrace hypothesis-first mentality in testing theories and be able to direct the build of best-in-class cross-functional reporting.

Help build capabilities on evaluating and tracking incremental revenue opportunities across different segments of the business.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area

2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office
