Responsibilities
Develop scope, cost estimates, work plans, time schedules, communication plans, and make work assignments to meet project objectives.
Develop information technology project plans and associated communications documents, identify and manage project dependencies and critical path, and track and report on project milestones and deliverables.
Request the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals and where required, from other department managers.
Technical writing experience compiling formal business documentation around a regulated industry.
Experience using MS Project to track coordination task progress.

Required
4-7 years of experience in project coordination activities
Experience developing project scope, cost estimates, work plans, time schedules, and communication plans
Experience in developing information technology project plans and associated communications documents
Ability to identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
Experience in tracking and reporting on project milestones and deliverables
Experience in requesting necessary resources and participants for project goals
Technical writing experience compiling formal business documentation in a regulated industry
Experience using MS Project to track coordination task progress
Preferred
2-4 years of experience
