Responsibilities
Serve as a power data user for all Enterprise Operations, offering appropriate reporting, analysis, and insights.
Provide support for data systems within Enterprise Operations, including Payment Operations, Servicing Operations, Contact Center, Digital/Video Support, and Enterprise Operations Support.
Use analytic skills to identify areas for improvement, streamline workflows, and develop consistent processes with a focus on member experience.

Required
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required.
Three years of strong analytical experience required.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products, data analysis tools and software to effectively present data.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to dissect complex data, identify patterns, and make data-driven recommendations.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills with capacity to collaborate across departments and levels of the organization.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Adaptability to evolving processes, technologies, and industry trends.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Must be able to hear and use a telephone.
Use of computer requires repetitive keystrokes.
