Responsibilities

Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for market intelligence insights and analytics solutions.

Lead and mentor a small team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Provide oversight and coaching for product grooming, prioritizing work items, and building roadmaps.

Collaborate with senior leaders to drive product strategy and align with customer needs and market demands.

Conduct market research, perform competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.

Utilize data-driven insights to prioritize features and make informed trade-offs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new features and products, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.

Engage with customers to understand their needs, workflows, and challenges, translating insights into actionable product requirements and features.

Optimize processes for feature prioritization, roadmap setting, and requirements gathering.

Set and monitor key performance metrics to define product success and market fit.

Use user feedback to drive ongoing product enhancements and optimizations.

Collaborate with external partners to ensure successful implementation of product initiatives.

Required

Minimum of 8 years of experience in a Product Management function, preferably within a healthcare analytics software company, with a focus on post-acute and value-based care.

Minimum of 3 years of experience leading and developing product management practices and mentoring team members, with a desire to grow and scale the product management discipline at Trella.

Hands-on management experience with proven leadership skills to coach and develop product managers while fostering a high-performing, collaborative team environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.

Innate intellectual curiosity to understand the 'why' behind user behaviors and data utilization.

Excellent communication and documentation skills with high emotional intelligence (EQ) and strong executive presence.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Experience in providing oversight and coaching for product grooming, prioritizing work items, building roadmaps, and utilizing collaborative tools.

Familiarity with Agile development methodology and experience working collaboratively on Agile teams.

Deep empathy for customer needs and a desire to engage directly with customers to develop market-leading products.
