Responsibilities
Development of an enrollment predictive model using institutional and student-level data from databases such as Colleague, SLATE, RNL, and Segment Analysis.
Design and implementation of data queries using web focus, SQL, Tableau, and other programs.
Providing leadership for tasks, projects, and data management projects impacting Enrollment Management Departments.
Monitoring and analyzing reports to meet strategic, operational, and enrollment goals.
Independently applying technical judgment to work assignments to achieve desired outcomes.
Understanding business processes and procedures to make improvements with technology resources.
Assisting in preparing presentations and graphics supporting the Office of Enrollment Management.
Evaluating the impact of university communications, recruitment travel, and admission events on prospect-to-applicant conversion rates and admitted student yield rates.
Attending and presenting at regional and national conferences on enrollment management-related topics.
Serving on data, research, and IT-related campus and system-wide committees.
Performing other job-related duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelors in Statistics, Economics, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or Bachelor's Degree and some computer course work from an accredited institution and three years of related experience.
Experience with creating and using data dashboards.
Experience with using Tableau
Experience with using SQL
Strong understanding of higher education administrative data
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
Able to learn independently and work effectively with a wide range of data.
Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to work with minimal supervision, define tasks, and follow through is essential, as is the ability to fully document in writing all developmental activity related to information reporting.
Strong interpersonal skills, as well as excellent oral and written skills are critical.
Must be an effective listener, able to distill complex data and information requirements from a wide range of requesters into responsive data and information products.
Demonstrates an understanding and consideration of the differing needs and concerns of individuals with varying identities, cultures, and backgrounds.
