Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Lead and manage end-to-end Java development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project goals. Provide strategic direction and technical guidance to the Java development team.
Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and innovative development environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Java Development Oversight: Oversee the entire Java development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment. Ensure the team follows best practices and implements efficient solutions.
Resource Management: Manage resources effectively, including workload distribution, task prioritization, and team allocation. Conduct regular team meetings to monitor project progress.
Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain robust testing processes for Java applications. Ensure the delivery of high-quality, bug-free software.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Manage expectations and provide regular updates to senior management.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks in Java development projects and implement mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines.
Continuous Improvement: Drive improvement initiatives within the Java development team. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Required
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Java Program Manager or similar role with a focus on Java development projects.
Strong technical background in Java technologies and hands-on experience with Java development.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
