Responsibilities
Supply critical components to monthly and quarterly financial and KPI reporting requirements
Assist in the development of financial data collection and measurement tools
Develop and prepare monthly, quarterly financial and operational reporting
Use data and analysis to develop and maintain short and long-range 3 statement financial models
Work cross-functionally with department leaders in managing their expense budgets, including monthly actual vs budget analysis, headcount reporting and annual budgeting
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and insights to aid in developing new forecasting models and improve existing models
Define forecast KPIs, track performance, and develop plans to forecast and continually improve performance
Evaluate trends in data and tell a story
Document and communicate insights to stakeholders up to and including the executive level
Proactively review and provide data analysis and financial impact assessments to support Meazure Learning operations
Perform ad-hoc reporting analysis on critical business issues
Other relevant projects as assigned

Required
BA in Finance; MBA strongly preferred
5 - 7 years progressive finance experience required with a preference with some investment banking and/or consulting
Strong 3-statement financial modeling skills required
Robust (5+years) Excel experience required; Tableau/PowerBI/SQL (or other data visualization tools) preferred
Previous Accounting a plus
Previous M&A experience a plus
Experience operating or familiar with a leveraged environment
Experience working with an ERP a plus
Passion for and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage competing priorities
Self-starter who can move forward in the face of ambiguity and can help drive to clarity and impact in projects
Driven to not only solve problems but to collaborate with, contribute to, and learn from others, both inside our team and with our stakeholders
Experience formulating reports with data from multiple sources and operational systems
Ability to work independently and produce results with own time management
