Responsibilities
Develop a strong understanding of the brand and suitable events/environments for the target audience
Lead research, planning, and execution of events, samplings, and activations in key markets
Engage with the community, build relationships with influencers and brand partners
Collaborate with the sales team for in-store demo requests and manage event materials inventory
Oversee the brand ambassador program, track event impact, and innovate ways to drive trial

Required
1-3 year experience working in field marketing, event management or marketing generally
Bachelor's Degree (preferred in marketing, communications, or related field)
Flexible hours and open to travel as needed for events & other initiatives
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively and anticipate needs
An existing network and relationships in the region across events, influencers, brands
Excellent written, oral and communication skills
Scrappy, self starter and independent attitude who can take a proactive approach to role
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple priorities
Creativity & ability to think outside the box and innovate
Preferred
Experience working in CPG industry a plus
