Responsibilities
Responsibilities include oversight and facilitation of resources on Interface activities, to include, second and third tier Integration support
Assist with projects related to upgrades and new interface implementations
This resource will be an escalation point for integration support
Respond to integration/system issues and take responsibility to ensure resolution and ongoing stability of the product
This resource will prioritize their work independently based on customer needs and departmental priorities
In addition, they will escalate and drive resolution of business, clinical, and technical concerns
Performs other duties as assigned

Required
Strong ability to manage multiple projects and issues, organize work, and adjust priorities as needed
Strong knowledge of Meditech Interfaces and HL7 workflow and terminology
Strong analytical and technical skills with ability to analyze issues, assess technical risks, and recommend sound solutions in a timely manner
Ability to work independently as well as with a team on complex projects
