Responsibilities

Oversee the company’s Office 365 tenant, including Exchange, OneDrive, Teams and SharePoint services

Manage user accounts, groups, licenses and security settings

Implement and manage Purview policies to ensure compliance with data governance

Utilize Microsoft Defender to protect against threats across identities, data, applications, and devices

Handle user accounts, groups, licenses, and security configurations across all Office 365 services

Monitor service health, manage updates, and optimize performance

Facilitate the adoption of new features and collaborate with IT to troubleshoot issues

Deliver end-user training and support for all Office 365 services and security tools

Stay current with Microsoft’s updates and changes to Office 365 services
