Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for a newly deployed CRM system

Implement and refine QA technologies and methods

Diagnose and identify scope of defects

Maintain and enhance automated testing frameworks

Assist with integration of tests in pipelines and troubleshoot as needed

Develop graphs for visualizing quality metrics

Assist with application incident response and recovery by defining scope and confirming service restoration

Perform additional tasks as required

Required

4 Year / Bachelor's Degree

5+ years of relevant experience

Experience with testing CRM platforms like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics including customization, configuration, and integration testing

Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies in software development

Proficient in object-oriented programming, especially in C#, and familiar with Java or C++

Well-versed in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XPath, and Chrome Developer Tools

Skilled in system requirement analysis, test plan formulation, and conducting both manual and automated tests

Competent in using MS Visual Studio 2019 or later versions

Knowledgeable in source control management, particularly with Git

Adept at managing and troubleshooting continuous integration pipelines

Capable of interpreting and presenting data for quality metrics

Highly motivated independent thinker

Strong understanding of UI, API, and Unit tests as well as test-driven development

Understanding of current marketplace standards, technologies / trends and apply knowledge to user experience solutions

Ability to work closely with Frontend and Backend Developers, UX designers, Database Administrators and internal customers

Understanding of load, performance, and penetration/security testing

Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles

Background in identifying, analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex problems
