Responsibilities
Lead data collection within the organization
Sort and organize data across platforms and systems, including NCAtrak, Google Sheets, Outcome Measurement Surveys and other platforms
Drive data analysis and interpretation with a specific focus on compliance
Generate and submit internal and external reports, including synthesizing data received
Maintain data integrity and security
Perform additional data requests in a timely manner
Prepare data for meetings, presentations, and reporting
Train and assist staff with data entry
Interact with stakeholders in a manner that promotes NCA in the community

Required
Belief in NCA’s mission and commitment to providing trauma-informed care to children and families
One year experience with database administration, data analysis
Bachelor’s degree
Advanced Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel and Google Slides/PowerPoint skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills
