Responsibilities
Assist with home office social media, marketing, and digital resources.
Support maintenance of assigned hotels' digital resources and marketing efforts.
Support Marketing Manager's workflow and productivity related to marketing initiatives.
Design and distribute initiatives to support hotels' revenue goals.
Periodically work with onsite hotel sales teams.

Required
Google analytics understanding and ad creation ability
Email marketing campaign and CRM experience
Social media strategy
Brand development support
Multi-property hospitality or travel industry experience
Leadership – ability to effectively motivate, mentor, coach & counsel others to perform well (including appropriate documentation)
Customer Service – deliver hospitable service that is attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous; demonstrate patience, tact and diplomacy

Preferred
Minimum 1-2 years of marketing experience preferred
College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Work is performed in a hybrid model environment with both in office and at home work
The Marketing Coordinator will be expected to work in the office in Portland, ME 2-3 days a week after training
