Responsibilities
Make approximately 100 outbound sales calls daily to provided leads.
Drive membership sales through high volume outbound calls on company-provided leads.
Exceed sales goals and focus on lead generation and follow-up.
Work and report directly to the Center Director/owner.
Maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic.

Required
Sales experience
Ability to make approximately 100 outbound calls daily
Focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals
Obsessed with lead generation and follow up
Drive membership sales through high volume outbound calls
Proven track record of exceeding sales quota
Comfortable with outbound sales efforts
Strong work ethic
Professional demeanor
Work and report directly to the Center Director/owner
Hybrid position with at least two days a week in center and remaining hours worked remotely
Commission structure on top of the hourly wage
Flexible work from home options available
Preferred
2+ years of experience in health, fitness or hospitality sales
Experience with ZenPlanner, Sales Messanger, and HubSpot
