Responsibilities

Dissect and structure complex business problems

Extract and analyze data from various sources

Utilize data to derive conclusions

Construct presentations for complex analytical findings

Work cross-functionally in a matrixed environment

Provide key insights to various teams including Demand Planning, Contact Interactive Analytics, and Technology teams

Develop business cases and determine short/long term ROI

Required

Elite Financial and Business Acumen

Experience with statistical methods and analysis tools

Highly skilled root cause, data analysis, and other problem-solving methods

Exceptional understanding of US Geography and geospatial methodologies

Proficient in SQL and 4+ years’ experience working with relational databases

Experience with Customer Service in telecommunications or equivalent

Bachelor’s Degree in financial, business, or statistical-related field such as mathematics, econometrics, statistics, operations research, other Business

At least 18 years of age
