Responsibilities

Support global IT infrastructure and security.

Manage network systems and Windows Servers on-premise and in Azure.

Maintain multi-site backups and cloud operations.

Handle Active Directory and Azure AD networks.

Provide third-level support to resolve incidents.

Proactively maintain and monitor GD WAN networks, SDWAN, and IT infrastructure.

Participate in on-call support.
