Responsibilities
Responsible for all phases of the product design lifecycle – from gathering user insights to collaborating with engineers to implement designs.
Collaborate with Product Manager to incorporate design and user insights into product planning.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the design system for consistency and scalability.
Prioritize team needs to ensure timely delivery of quality designs.
Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data analysis.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design and user experience.

Required
Bachelor degree in design, or related equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
Experience within SaaS UI/UX required
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design decisions and rationale.
Proven track record of leading design projects from concept to completion, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with Figma, or with similar design tools
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Demonstrated ability to get things done in a rapidly changing environment.
Experience collaborating closely with partners in engineering and product.
This role requires the ability to work East Coast hours.
