Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
Following the CEO’s guidance, coordinate with the marketing production team to support the company sales efforts. This includes items like: blogs, social media posts, ad campaigns, email campaigns, etc.
Create, present and manage proposals
Perform consultations independently and with SDRs, presenting Nomadic's overview and answering any questions or concerns the prospect may have
Work within the CRM to track, manage and understand sales pipelines to better understand how to optimize the processes
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients and closing deals
Work with the project managers to maintain client success after the deal is signed, nurturing the relationship for upsells and referrals
Collaborate with the CEO and production teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and fulfillment
Represent the sales team to cross-functional groups including management, sales, or client support
Updating senior leadership on the progress of sales activities and reporting on the results of campaigns
Focus on selling products or services to clients, and representing the brand. This can include asking questions to pinpoint the best offerings, giving demos or presentations, and maintaining client relationships
Reaching out to potential leads through a variety of channels, such as email, phone, text, and social media
Networking and joining roundtables and discussions with prospects and learning more about the industries we serve
Participating in company meetings with sales managers and other sales reps. This usually involves providing a recap of recent results and accomplishments
Coordinate with the department leaderships to produce effective strategies that helps to find and sign clients that meet the departments ICP and capacity requirements
Analyze data to evaluate the success of sales efforts and come up with new ideas to improve results
Work with the design team to create sales materials and business cards, and manage the online ordering

Required
5+ years of experience in digital product or service (production or sales), with a track record of exceeding objectives and/or sales targets
Proven experience in digital marketing production and strategy, with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and optimize sales outcomes
Proactive and results-driven, with a passion for driving growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Experience with digital technologies (i.e. web design + development, digital marketing, software development)
Google Drive & spreadsheet mastery (docs, sheets)
Excellence in navigating user interfaces, able to learn and navigate new software with ease
Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute
Detail-oriented and concise
Able to identify, improve, or create new systems and processes
Strong writing skills, able to write and present proposals
