Responsibilities

Executes creative design details including layout, copywriting, color selection, and illustration for marketing collateral and product design concepts.

Executes general design and print layout of marketing and communication tools, collateral, presentations, posters, tradeshow graphics, etc.

Reviews design drafts, proofs camera-ready art, and ensures proper pagination and color assignment.

Applies established corporate branding specifications to ensure work meets organization guidelines.

Assists in Web design and creating online content.

Provides support for design of marketing materials in various creative categories such as rich media, graphic design, event promotion materials, web graphics, etc.

Supports Worldpay graphical standards, promotional item design, and multimedia presentations.

Produces corporate multimedia and PowerPoint presentations for Worldpay Senior Executives, Sales, and Marketing staff.

Administers and maintains master corporate strategic presentation slides and the Worldpay Enterprise graphics library.

Maintains company-wide brand standards with each presentation/multimedia project ensuring format brand compliant templates.

Produces multimedia presentations with tables, charts, video clips, sound, pictures, action buttons, animation schemes, slide transitions, and text-based content.

Defines and merges data into document design software for personalization.

Maintains quality control for assigned projects, troubleshoots technical and stylistic aspects, and stays current with graphic trends.

Executes creative design details for client-branded collateral and standard products.

Produces technical illustrations for manuals, brochures, labels, or other documents.

Interfaces with Senior Executives and Sales and Marketing staff to design customized multimedia and PowerPoint presentations.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required

Strong knowledge and experience working with Adobe Product Suite (Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, XD)

Knowledge of project management methods and techniques to ensure coordination of people (internal clients and external vendors) and processes to achieve desired outcomes

General knowledge of Worldpay graphical templates supporting company brand identity, consistency and production of materials

Proficiency in communication practices and techniques

Knowledge of computer graphics tools, video and methodologies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various s levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors

Proficiency in problem solving and time management skills managing multiple deadlines

Proficiency to operate independently
