Responsibilities
Take charge of planning, developing, and implementing product roadmaps for our Pharma Analytics portfolio.
Collaborate with teams from different departments to assess market demands, recognize potential areas for growth, and foster product innovation.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the biopharma analytics market
Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and marketing campaigns to ensure successful product launches.
Work closely with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure that our products meet and exceed their expectations
Monitor and analyze product performance, market trends, and customer feedback to continuously improve our products and drive growth

Required
Bachelor's degree in biology, molecular biology or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in product management, product development, field applications support or similar.
Strong knowledge of biopharma QA/QC requirements.
Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional teams.
Strong ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical.
Proven track record of successfully implementing product strategies and delivering flawless product launches.
Travel up to 25%.
