Responsibilities

Ecosystem Leadership: Foster relationships with product executives globally, recruit and engage the Advisory Board, and plan and improve global programs.

Program Management: Develop a strategy for running prestigious Awards, manage relationships with partners and sponsors, and drive measurable outcomes.

Event Production: Plan and execute in-person and virtual events, collaborate with teams, and manage vendors for high-quality experiences.

Program Success: Monitor program and event effectiveness, own SOPs for execution improvement, stay updated on best practices, and experiment with new tools.

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. An MBA or advanced marketing, management, or business administration degree is a plus.

Strategic thinker with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, capable of driving measurable business outcomes and continuous improvement.

Proven experience in ecosystem management at an accelerator or similar program with at least 5-7 years of experience driving rapid growth in size or influence.

Strong program management skills, with the ability to navigate rapidly changing priorities and circumstances.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with stakeholders.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing external partnerships or volunteer programs.

Proficiency in productivity tools such as Airtable, gen-AI tools (e.g., chatGPT), CRM tools (e.g., Zoominfo, LinkedIn), and Microsoft Office Suite.
