Responsibilities

Support activities of the project director and project teams and aid in the documentation, dissemination, and sharing of knowledge with the team. Learning and applying knowledge by using new digital learning tools and platforms to support projects.

Digital Learning Support: Support the Digital Learning and Production team in quality assurance, accessibility, and overall quality of learning experiences including the review of videos, captions, and transcripts in English and Spanish.

Customer service team support: support implementation and test systems utilized by the customer service team such as Zendesk and DRDP Online.

Required

3 years project support experience.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), including the ability to create charts, graphs, tables, and presentations.

Experience communicating with multiple teams simultaneously verbally and in writing to coordinate work around multiple tasks and multiple deadlines with a variety of project teams.

Ability to quickly adapt to new computer programs/software and assess use case for application to project work.

Ability to conduct quality assurance testing of digital learning products in English and Spanish.

Spanish bilingual and biliterate (required).
