Responsibilities
Assist the leadership team in the formulation and execution of strategic initiatives by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Streamline operations through detailed analysis and enhance internal communication to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals and timelines.
Conduct thorough research on industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and support business development efforts.
Support the maintenance of lasting relationships with clients and industry partners, serving as a key liaison to meet client needs and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Keep abreast of industry best practices and innovations to maintain and strengthen client relationships and business strategies.

Required
Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of sports business and client engagement; prior consulting experience is a plus.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a closely related field preferred.
Professional Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a strategic or executive support role, ideally within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Passion for Sports: A deep passion for and understanding of the professional sports landscape.
Bias toward Action: Resourcefulness, scrappiness, and proven ability to execute projects to completion.
