Advanced hydrologic and hydraulic (1D and 2D) analysis
FEMA floodplain revisions/amendments
H&H watershed modeling and planning
Stormwater master planning
Design of minor and major drainage/flood control facilities
River mechanics and restoration design
Dam and levee flood analysis

Required
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an ABET accredited university in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or related field
Strong technical understanding of open channel hydraulics, river mechanics, hydrologic processes, floodplain management, and stormwater management
Working knowledge of ArcGIS, QGIS and/or AutoCAD
Working knowledge of common hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software, such as SWMM, HEC-RAS (steady, unsteady, 2D), HEC-HMS, FLO-2D, etc.
5-15 years of relevant experience
PE license or EIT certification
Preferred
Programming experience, python preferred
Previous consulting experience
