Responsibilities

Travel to needed hospice facilities to promote growth and assist as needed within specific states.

Hire, direct, train, and supervise the sales team at the agency level.

Coach employees to overcome objections and work towards growth goals.

Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of community resources and provide in-services and education to the sales team.

Communicate with healthcare professionals about interested, prospective, and current patients.

Establish and maintain positive working relationships with referral sources, patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Assist in overseeing the referral to admissions process to achieve growth goals.

Provide leadership and accountability by coaching, developing, and retaining a high-performing sales team.

Monitor and assess the progress and development of each Account Executive/Territory to achieve goals.

Recruit and hire top sales talent to build a high-performing sales team.

Communicate and execute best practices in the field to maximize marketing resources and grow market share.

Develop a collaborative partnership with the Operation Leadership team.

Report to the Division President and/or Division Vice President of Business Development and proactively implement company initiatives.

Bring real solutions to challenging situations and perform any other assigned tasks.

Required

Bachelor's Degree or National Board Approved Licensure

2 years Sales Management with minimum of 3 year's experience in Industry

Must possess strong leadership skills to foster teamwork and maintain high team engagement

Must be willing and able to travel extensively throughout assigned area

Must have strong oral and written communication skills

Must be detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills

Must be driven, energetic, organized and professional
