Responsibilities

Document and implement solution design standards, technical specifications, and other configurations.

Translate business requirements into well-architected solution designs that leverage the Salesforce platform.

Lead technical design sessions, estimate and solution user stories, and develop technical solution documentation.

Demonstrate Salesforce thought leadership, educate team members on best practices, and ensure adherence to standards.

Map business requirements to Salesforce capabilities, decide on custom solutions, and collaborate for solution architecture alignment.

Document current and future state in terms of solution architecture, specifications, and data integration design.

Required

Requires a minimum of 8 years of related or equivalent experience; or 6+ years with an advanced degree.

3+ years of experience in leading project architecture workstreams in the context of Salesforce solution design, integration architecture, and systems development.
