Responsibilities

Supporting all Financial systems mainly SAP Finance and Controlling module (SAP FICO).

Ensuring compliance in IC invoices and payments for various scenarios.

Defining business requirements, analyzing issues, and contributing to cost-effective solutions.

Developing test scenarios, process flows, and test plans for financial solutions.

Leading the team in designing, testing, and deploying financial solutions.

Guiding the team for a seamless financial close.

Hands-on experience in SAP with a focus on SAP Integration and Certification Center (ICC) and accounting integration topics.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree with a focus on Finance or Accounting or other relevant fields with minimum 10 years of relevant experience.

Exposure to SAP ECC 6.0 OR SAP S/4 HANA with focus on SAP FICO modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cost Center, Internal Order and Profitability Analysis).

Should be able to understand the intricacies of Master Data (General Ledger, Profit Center, Trading Partner, Business Partners etc.,) as part of overall O2C, P2P and R2R processes.

Understanding of intercompany processes is must.

Highly collaborative, team oriented, and comfortable leading cross-functional projects under tight timelines.

Able to executes unit, integration, and acceptance testing; and creates business specifications, process flows for systems to meet business requirements.

Prepare for and conduct training for business users and others in SAP functions.

Strong communication skills in a global environment to drive necessary changes for accounting and finance process improvements.

Preferred

A candidate driving finance projects with ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments is preferred.

Extremely goal-oriented, innovative, and Quick learner adapts easily to new situations/challenges.
