Responsibilities
Act as the liaison between the business and the technical team members through the solution delivery process.
Work with Agile practices and associated skills including user story writing.
Interrogate Product Owners' needs and gather functional and non-functional requirements.
Help perform functional acceptance testing of enhancements, patches, and upgrades.
Perform system troubleshooting in a production support environment.
Assist users in solving both functional and system issues within agreed-to service level agreements (SLAs).
Provide end-user instruction, training, and support to resolve application issues.
Assist in designing and formulating solutions.

Required
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and/or Finance
Up to 3 years of hands-on IT/computing experience
Ability to understand complex technical concepts and present them in simple terms to non-technical team members
Experience in documenting complex business requirements, functional specifications and test scenarios
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience working in an Agile environment
Self-directed, self-learner
