Responsibilities

Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing Intelligence tools to analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns.

Develop visually appealing dashboards and reports to track key metrics and identify trends for optimization.

Collaborate with the marketing team to prioritize areas for improvement.

Ensure accurate tracking and data collection by working with technical teams and vendors.

Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance.

Conduct A/B testing to determine effective marketing strategies.

Analyze customer behavior and trends to inform future marketing efforts.

Oversee digital pipelines and channels for a cohesive marketing strategy.

Required

3-5 years of experience in digital marketing data analysis.

Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing Intelligence.

Strong understanding of all things digital; SEO, Google PPC, and Google Analytics.

Experience in various digital marketing channels.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.

Strong communication skills to present data-driven insights and recommendations.

Experience with A/B testing and developing dashboards and reports.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in data analysis.

Preferred

Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.

Salesforce Certification is preferred, but not required.
