Responsibilities

Places outbound retention calls to potential and lapsed members, conducts research on member contact information, and generates mailings to grow Club membership totals.

Receives incoming calls, explains AAA membership benefits, sells memberships and additional products/services, and ensures accurate information processing.

Provides support for Branch Offices and other Club departments, clarifies membership policies, and assists with employee training when necessary.

Utilizes communication and data processing technology effectively, including MemberzPlus, Touch Points, D-3, Navigator, Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
