Responsibilities
Serve as primary point of contact to Government GWAC/IDIQ Program Offices.
Identify new task order bid opportunities and lead initial qualification support to inform bid decisions.
Team with Account Executives and Operations to market contract vehicles to end customers.
Represent CNOS at PMRs, Industry Days, trade shows, conferences, and any other contractually required events.
Assist in the business development process and solution development on Tier 1 ($20M+) and Tier 2 ($5M โ $20M) opportunities.
Lead proposal operations and solution development on Tier 3.
Provide guidance to all stakeholders on procurement activities acting as Subject Matter Expert.
Assist with market research/competitive intelligence for Task Order opportunities.
Educate and train CFED staff on the technical scope, features, and benefits of contract vehicles.
Provide timely responses to internal and external GWAC / IDIQ data calls.
Support communications with government point of contacts and internal business units during pursuits.
Support teams to develop winning proposal responses and ensure compliance with bid requirements.
Support internal reviews for bids under assigned IDIQ.
Support development, implementation, training, and updates of GWAC/IDIQ PMO policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
7+ years of relevant GWAC management experience with OMNIBUS, GSP, OASIS, POLARIS and/or similar contract vehicles.
Extensive knowledge of and experience working with GWAC/IDIQs
Verifiable experience in proposal writing and proposal development.
Experience in capture management support and proposing against GWAC/IDIQs.
Ability to work independently under minimal guidance and meet deadlines.
Possess well-established business relationships in the Federal Government.
Demonstrated experience in solution development, building winning teams, capture strategy, competitive intelligence, strategic marketing & planning, customer relationship analysis, cost and pricing strategies and development.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer relationship skills.
Familiarization with the 8(a) program
Exemplary work ethic, judgment and independent initiative attuned to meeting deadlines.
