Responsibilities
Manage high visibility projects and client relationships.
Collaborate with unit managers on strategy and policies to facilitate achievement of the administration’s goals.
Assist in the development, maintenance, and management of Shared Tenant Services Program for office occupancy across the Commonwealth.
Contribute to the needs analysis and establishment of demand for each shared tenant service.
Prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for shared tenant services.
Negotiate and finalize contracts.
Monitor landlord’s compliance with the provisions of the lease.
Ensure that occupied space floor plans are maintained and updated.

Required
At least five years of full-time, or equivalent part-time technical or professional experience in urban or regional planning, environmental planning, transportation planning, or land use planning
At least three years of experience in a professional capacity
At least one year of experience in a supervisory capacity
Bachelor's degree with a major in urban or regional planning, environmental planning, urban studies, architecture, landscape architecture, civil, environmental, or transportation engineering, or environmental sciences may be substituted for two years of the required experience
Graduate degree with a major in urban or regional planning, environmental planning, urban studies, architecture, landscape architecture, civil, environmental, or transportation engineering, or environmental sciences may be substituted for three years of the required experience and one year of the required experience in a professional capacity
Possession of a current and valid Massachusetts Class D Motor Vehicle Operator's License
