Responsibilities

Work on strategic business questions from all teams across the company

Wrangle data across the company cloud data store

Manipulate data for analysis and identify trends and insights

Present insights to partners for data-driven decision-making

Support Customer (Athlete) analytics portfolio by developing strategic analyses and occasional reporting

Perform ad-hoc analytics requests and training users on data/reporting

Synthesize data from various sources into cohesive narratives to address business opportunities

Create reports and presentations of KPIs

Conduct detailed analyses on quantitative and qualitative data

Develop statistically sound test designs and lead cross-functional groups

Utilize tools like SQL, GCP, Excel, Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, etc., for data manipulation and analysis

Stay updated on industry trends and drive new analytics initiatives

Deliver ad hoc reports and analyses to business stakeholders

Lead training sessions for client groups on self-service tools

Required

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level

3-5 Years of Experience
