Responsibilities

Develop promotional campaigns - Work closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Content teams to design campaigns promoting LaunchDarkly, building the brand, and showcasing products.

Evolve the design system - Enforce design standards, curate asset libraries, and maintain brand integrity across icons, typography, color palette, illustration, and photography.

Support internal partners - Provide clear guidelines, assets, and creative solutions for internal and external initiatives like events, product launches, and company culture.

Design and optimize web experiences - Enhance desktop and mobile design systems, utilize data-driven designs to optimize user experience, and enhance conversion rate optimization.

Required

8+ years of working as part of design teams at creative agencies or in-house

Strong portfolio with examples of advertising campaigns, design systems and web layout

Strong illustrative skills that will be used for conceptual blog graphics, animation storyboards, presentations, and more

Figma expertise. Proficient in Adobe tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Presentation tools like Keynote, Google Slides, and PPT will be used

Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in small and large groups and defend design decisions

Understanding of business goals, product roadmaps, and user insights to translate into clear design priorities

Knowledge of the latest design and technology trends across web, desktop, and mobile platforms, and adopt modern techniques as appropriate

Ability to uphold responsiveness and collaboration in a remote environment. Organized self-starter with strong communication skills
