Required

3-5 years of experience in administering a ServiceNow platform
Minimum of 2-3 years of software development experience
Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow configuration, customization, and automation
Familiarity with web services and APIs for integrations
Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs and scripting languages like JavaScript
Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles and best practices, with ITIL knowledge preferred
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Preferred

Experience in developing on a cloud-based platform is a plus
