Responsibilities

Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.

Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.

Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.

Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.

Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.

Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.

Direct, review, and approve product designs and changes.

Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.

Required

8-10 years of Project Management experience - Demonstrated proficiency in planning, organizing, and executing projects from initiation to completion.

High Level Communication skills - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. The ability to convey complex ideas clearly and succinctly is crucial for effective collaboration within the team and when interfacing with external stakeholders.

8-10 years of Reporting and Data experience - Proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and presenting data to inform strategic decision-making. This includes a strong understanding of reporting tools, data visualization techniques, and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.

Understanding of strategic planning concepts, ability to adapt to fast-paced environments, willingness to learn and contribute to team efforts.

Must be able to work for a US based company without requiring visa sponsorship.

Preferred

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in strategic planning and project management, familiarity with GDPR compliance, strong delegation and communication skills.
