Responsibilities
Check produce in slots daily to ensure products meet acceptable standards for shipping.
Communicate with buyers to address quality issues and ensure highest quality products for customers.
Monitor product rotation during daily checks and report any issues to supervisors.
Document product conditions and analyze variance reports for accurate accounting.
Maintain friendly and efficient customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Inspect inbound and outbound products, and correspond on product quality status.
Identify and propose solutions for quality assurance problems.
Adhere to safety rules, regulations, and sanitation policies.

Required
High School diploma or equivalent
1 to 3 years of experience
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of an organization
Must have exemplary listening skills to facilitate effective two-way communication
Can add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Solid problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to read, write and speak English
