Responsibilities

Develop business intelligence solutions through knowledge of user needs, appropriate data repositories, business intelligence development best practices, and innovative use of technologies and systems.

Deliver ad hoc data and report requests, analyze data needs for both users and projects, investigate and analyze data discrepancies, and assist in migration and testing activities.

Administer the analytics and reporting systems, monitor system performance, coordinate upgrades, track licenses, and create and maintain user documentation.

Provide user/system support services.

Utilize project management techniques for business intelligence projects and services.

Perform other duties as assigned or required.
