Responsibilities

Lead complex engagements and collaborate with clients and project teams to develop solutions, budgets, and timelines.

Negotiate changes in deliverables and schedules, serving as an escalation point for engineering issues.

Attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders, provide project updates, and recommend technology options.

Conceptualize system designs, generate detailed documentation, and oversee the construction drawing package.

Support project deployment, testing, commissioning, and configuration of subsystems.

Continuously develop industry expertise through trade publications, seminars, and educational forums.

Required

8+ years of experience in Workplace audio visual (AV) systems designing (to include DSP layout, audio design and configuration)

8+ years of successfully completing engineering projects

5+ years of client interaction/client-facing experience

3+ years of knowledge of enterprise-level security and networking design and configuration (physical and topology, IP structures and ranges, switch interconnectivity, VLAN, bandwidth calculation)

Associate degree required or equivalent experience is required

AVIXA CTS-D is required, and CTS-I is

Certifications, training, or experience with at least one DSP platform (Biamp, QSC, Clearone, etc.)

Certifications, training, or experience with at least one control system (Crestron, Extron, AMX, etc.)

Certifications, training, or experience with at least one AV over IP platform (Crestron, Evertz, AMX, etc.)
