Responsibilities
Perform setup and cleanup tasks.
Have direct contact with raw product.
Inspect raw product for foreign materials.
Unload product into the mixer and use various hand tools.
Perform various assembly line duties including processing, packing, labeling, stacking, standing for long periods of time, bending, squatting, opening bags/boxes, removing frozen molds from mold pans, and loading slicer machine.
Lift, push, pull, and carry in many areas on the production floor (weight depends on area ranging from 2.5 – 50lbs).

Required
Ability to work in a cold/warm (-30 degree up to 115 degree) wet environment with slippery walking surfaces
Availability for overtime and some weekends
Willingness to be crossed-trained and move to other areas when needed
Tolerance for the smell and sight of raw materials
Compliance with GMP requirements including wearing specific attire like hair net, beard net, white frock coat, cotton, and latex gloves
Successful completion of a health assessment and drug screening within 48 hours of receiving a job offer
Minimum of 3 months of work history with the same employer
Not having worked for Tyson Foods 3 or more times (minimum waiting period for rehires is 90 days)
