Responsibilities

Take lead of agile teams, defining product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, communicating with stakeholders throughout the project

Leads the translation of software features into technical requirements.

Leads Agile Scrum software development team practices.

Ensures there is ample room for the development team to do their work by creating and maintaining an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation.

Develop detailed product feature specifications, non-functional requirements, user-stories, acceptance criteria and ensure they are clearly understood by the development teams.

Actively mitigate roadblocks impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals

Serve as the product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions related to the product.

Coordinate and participate in User Acceptance Testing and product demos prior to production release.

Track and report business value metrics of deployed features on a weekly basis

Deliver products & features that promote customer acquisition, growth, retention & engagement.

Lead and work with cross-functional team across engineering, design, community managers, marketing, business development, user support and other areas to prioritize, align and deliver on clear product goals and success metrics

Ensure timely delivery of projects through proper planning, scheduling, leadership, and execution.

Analyze and act on business metrics and data to achieve KPI's.

Manage and administer Atlassian products like Jira, Confluence, etc.

Improves team adoption of best-in-class scrum practices to drive efficiency.

Required

4+ years of experience working in a fast-paced business environment as a Product Owner working with software and solution requirements, particularly in a platform that comprised of Web, Mobile, API, ETL programs, CMS, CRM, Data Warehouse, etc.

Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in modern software technologies including, web, mobile and cloud-based technologies.

Experience in developing within the Agile framework (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) utilizing Atlassian tools.

Demonstrated experience in willingness to learning and implementing COTS modules (e.g., CMS, CRM, eCommerce Platform, Data Warehouse solutions)

An 'execution mindset' focused on getting things done quickly and simply.

Strong interpersonal skills, negotiating ability and evidence of enabling teamwork in a matrix environment.
